Last weekend. Daniel Medwed, Professor of Law at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, published an op-ed in the Houston Chronicle lauding the Texas Supreme Court for convening its novel "court of inquiry" to explore allegations of prosecutorial misconduct involving a former state prosecutor.
