SIPLA provides the unique opportunity to have lunches with local patent/ intellectual property firms. Our first lunch of the year took us to Stoel Rives, a large general practice firm with a significant patent/IP arm. Students were able to learn about career paths and get general advice pertaining to the patent/IP field. Around a dozen attorneys and a dozen students attended. We look forward to the many lunches to come. The next one is this Thursday at Trask Britt; dues paying members are invited to attend.
